Sick of calling BS on all those midlife “transformation” offers built on pleasure that bypasses the pain? This book is for the woman who’s done pretending and ready to do the real work—dismantling defences, steadying her nervous system, and stripping off the performance.

No fake positivity.

No quick fixes.

Just grounded tools and the guts to face what’s real—and finally become who she was born to be: whole, not wholesome.

About the Author

Kerry (Kezza) Neilson spent her early decades dancing between radio copywriting, English and Drama teaching, counselling, and psychotherapy. Add in a few decades of well-disguised chaos, and you have a life sporadically well lived. She gave up drinking at 38—and took up returning to herself. Her practice, Spiral Back Whole, supports midlife women who are tired of holding it all together. This is her first book. And possibly her fourth self.
